Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- 1 year of aviation cleaning experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- 1 year of aviation cleaning experience
- Knowledge of the aviation industry
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices such as iPads/tablets, computers, and mobile devices
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal - as applicable)
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead and oversee the aircraft detailing team, providing direction and fostering a positive work environment
- Coordinate and assign detailing tasks to team members to ensure timely completion
- Train and mentor new and existing staff in advanced aircraft detailing techniques and safety standards
- Inspect aircraft after detailing to ensure compliance with company and airline quality standards
- Monitor workflow and manage schedules to meet airline deadlines and operational demands
- Order and manage inventory of detailing supplies and ensure proper maintenance of equipment
- Liaise with maintenance and operations teams for scheduling, access, and coordination of special cleaning needs
