Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience in cleaning or aviation services preferred

- Proficiency with scheduling and inventory management
Job Duties
- Supervise aircraft cabin cleaning team operations at San Francisco Airport
- Assist Aircraft Cabin Cleaning Lead with daily tasks
- Ensure operational service delivery meets contractual obligations
- Conduct pre-operation and post-operation briefings with team
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning materials
- Drive company van to transport team members
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Coordinate staff schedules to ensure full shift coverage
- Address operational issues and make decisions to resolve challenges
- Ensure compliance with safety practices and airport regulations
- Complete and submit administrative documentation timely
