Job Requirements

  • Ability to work San Jose International Airport shifts five days a week
  • Must hold or be able to obtain SFO badge with driver icon

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory experience in cleaning or aviation services preferred

  • Ability to operate a company vehicle safely
  • Knowledge of safety and security regulations at airports
  • Proficiency with scheduling and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Supervise aircraft cabin cleaning team operations at San Francisco Airport
  • Assist Aircraft Cabin Cleaning Lead with daily tasks
  • Ensure operational service delivery meets contractual obligations
  • Conduct pre-operation and post-operation briefings with team
  • Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning materials
  • Drive company van to transport team members
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
  • Coordinate staff schedules to ensure full shift coverage
  • Address operational issues and make decisions to resolve challenges
  • Ensure compliance with safety practices and airport regulations
  • Complete and submit administrative documentation timely
