Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • must have a valid driver’s license
  • must have reliable telephone and transportation
  • must be able to sit, stand, lift, bend, and climb stairs during shift
  • must be able to lift, carry, or hold up to 50 lbs
  • must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
  • must complete a criminal background check
  • must possess authorization to work in the U.S.
  • must meet requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge
  • may be required to work weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
  • may be exposed to occasional loud noise
  • must treat all information as confidential
  • physical exam may be required to confirm physical capacity

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred
  • ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
  • competence in verbal communication in English
  • knowledge of FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
  • familiarity with cleaning procedures and aircraft service standards
  • experience in supervising or leading a team preferred
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and professional conduct

Job Duties

  • Oversee and assist in the comprehensive cleaning of aircraft interiors
  • stock galleys per aircraft specifications
  • manage cleaning crew and respond to client and employee needs
  • report and address issues with supervisors
  • ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas and report maintenance needs
  • complete accurate and timely reports
  • project a positive image and respond courteously to inquiries
  • attend meetings and in-service trainings
  • utilize company equipment, supplies, and resources efficiently
  • adhere to company policies and procedures
  • perform other duties as requested
