Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must have reliable telephone and transportation
- must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- must complete a criminal background check
- must be able to sit stand lift and bend throughout shift and climb stairs
- must possess necessary authorization to work in the u.s. from the immigration and naturalization service
- must meet requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge
- may be required to work weekends overnight shifts and holidays
- must be able to verbally direct in english
- treat all information as confidential
- may be exposed to occasional loud noise levels
- 10-20% outside work
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged
- previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred
- knowledge of faa tSA airline and company cleaning regulations
- ability to supervise and coordinate a cleaning crew
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to read write and understand english
- physical ability to lift carry and hold up to 50 lbs
- valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- oversee and assist in comprehensive cleaning of aircraft interiors including vacuuming dusting and cleaning lavatories and galleys
- supervise cleaning crew and address employee and client concerns
- ensure compliance with FAA TSA airline and company regulations
- manage inventory and restock supplies as required
- prepare and submit accurate reports and maintain records
- maintain cleanliness and report any maintenance needs
- communicate effectively with airline staff company officials and clients
- attend meetings and training sessions as required
- adhere to company dress code and policies
- use company equipment and supplies in a cost-effective manner
- perform other duties as assigned
