Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • reliable telephone and transportation
  • valid driver’s license
  • must be able to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs
  • able to sit, stand, bend, and climb stairs throughout shift
  • pass pre-employment and random drug tests
  • pass criminal background check
  • treat all information as confidential
  • ability to work weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
  • meet necessary requirements to obtain security sensitive identification badge
  • possess authorization to work in the US
  • able to read, write, and understand instructions in English

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred
  • ability to understand and carry out instructions in English
  • ability to verbally direct in English
  • knowledge of FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations is advantageous
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to manage and lead a team
  • attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • oversee and assist in comprehensive cleaning of aircraft interiors
  • ensure galley stocking per aircraft specifications
  • supervise cleaning crew and respond to client and employee needs
  • address issues with supervisor promptly
  • perform thorough cleaning including vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms, galley, upholstery exchange, and rug exchange
  • provision aircraft with required ship supplies
  • complete reports accurately and timely
  • maintain familiarity with FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
  • maintain cleanliness and report maintenance needs
  • project a positive image and respond courteously to inquiries
  • attend meetings and inservices
  • utilize communication channels and maintain records
  • adhere to company policies and procedures
  • use equipment and resources cost-effectively
  • comply with safety requirements including PPE and reporting unsafe conditions
