Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- reliable telephone and transportation
- valid driver’s license
- pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- complete criminal background check
- confidentiality with information
- ability to relate to clients and employees with tact
- able to sit, stand, lift, bend, and climb stairs
- physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- meet requirements for security sensitive identification badge
- able to work weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- English proficiency
- authorization to work in the U.S.
- willing to work outdoors 10-20% of the time
- may be exposed to loud noises
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred
- ability to read, write, understand, and verbally communicate in English
- familiarity with FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
- leadership ability to supervise staff
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- physical capability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Oversee and assist in aircraft interior cleaning
- stock galleys per aircraft specifications
- supervise cleaning crew and respond to crew needs
- address client and employee concerns with supervisor
- perform thorough cleaning including vacuuming, dusting, bathroom and galley cleaning, upholstery exchange
- provision aircraft with required supplies
- maintain inventory and report supply needs
- complete reports accurately and timely
- comply with FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
- maintain cleanliness of work area and report maintenance issues
- project a positive image and respond courteously to inquiries
- attend meetings and trainings as required
- maintain records and proper communication
- adhere to dress code and wear identification badges
- follow company policies and procedures
- use company and client resources responsibly
- perform additional duties as assigned
