Job Requirements

Be 18 years of age or older
Have reliable telephone and transportation
Hold a valid driver’s license
Pass pre-employment and random drug tests
Complete criminal background check
Meet physical demands including ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb stairs
Ability to work weekends, overnight shifts and holidays
Meet requirements to obtain security-sensitive identification badge
Possess necessary authorization to work in the United States
Treat all information as confidential
Ability to sit, stand, lift and bend throughout shift
May be exposed to occasional loud noise levels

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred
Ability to understand and carry out instructions in English
Ability to verbally direct in English
Possess tactful communication skills to engage employees and client representatives
Familiarity with FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities
Experience in maintaining detailed records and reports

Job Duties

Oversee and assist in thorough cleaning of aircraft interiors including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and galleys, folding blankets, changing pillowcases, adding supplies, garbage removal, positioning seatbelts, cleaning tray tables and windows, upholstery exchange and rug exchange
Provision aircraft with required ship supplies per type
Leave notices for supervisor to reorder supplies
Complete reports accurately and timely
Ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
Keep supervisor informed of needs and problems, maintain cleanliness of work area, report maintenance needs
Project a positive image and respond courteously to inquiries from airlines, staff and public
Attend meetings and inservices as required
Maintain accurate records, reports and files
Adhere to company uniform and identification policies
Utilize company and client equipment and supplies cost-effectively
Perform other duties as assigned
