Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a reliable telephone and transportation
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
  • Must complete a criminal background check
  • DMV check may be required
  • Must meet requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or possess necessary immigration authorization
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, and climb stairs during shift
  • Ability to work weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
  • Ability to work in occasional loud noise and outdoor conditions
  • Must treat all information as confidential
  • Must project tact dealing with all employee and client levels
  • Must adhere to company policies and wear proper uniform or business attire with visible identification badge

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English
  • Good hearing and vision
  • Must be able to lift, carry, or hold up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to communicate verbally in English
  • Familiarity with FAA, TSA, airline regulations preferred

Job Duties

  • Thorough cleaning of aircraft interiors including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, galley maintenance, folding blankets, changing pillowcases, adding supplies, cleaning out garbage, positioning seatbelts, cleaning tray tables and windows, upholstery and rug exchange
  • Provision aircraft with required ship supplies by aircraft type
  • Pull assignments or work orders from computer as needed
  • Leave notice for supervisor to re-order supply items running low
  • Complete all reports accurately and timely
  • Ensure familiarity with FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
  • Keep supervisor informed of needs and problems, maintain cleanliness of work areas and report maintenance requirements
  • Project a positive image and respond courteously to inquiries from airlines, staff, and public
  • Attend meetings and in-services as required
