Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a reliable telephone and transportation
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to sit, stand, lift, bend and climb stairs throughout shift
- Must be able to lift, carry and hold up to 50 lbs
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- Must complete criminal background check
- DMV check may be required
- Must be able to read, write and understand English
- Must meet requirements to obtain security sensitive identification badge
- Must be able to verbally direct in English
- Must be a US citizen or have necessary INS authorization
- Must have good hearing and vision
- 10-20% outside work
- May be required to work weekends, overnight shifts and holidays
- May be exposed to occasional loud noise levels
- Treat all information as confidential
- Possess tact with all levels of employees and client representatives
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English
- Familiarity with FAA, TSA, Airline, and company regulations
- Good hearing and vision
- Ability to communicate verbally in English
- Ability to work weekends, overnight shifts and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Thorough cleaning of aircraft interiors including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and galleys, folding blankets, changing pillow cases, adding supplies, removing garbage, positioning seatbelts, cleaning tray tables, windows, upholstery, and rugs
- Provision aircraft with required ship supplies by aircraft type
- Pull assignments or work orders from computer as needed
- Leave notice for supervisor to re-order low supply items
- Complete all reports accurately and timely
- Keep supervisor informed of needs, problems and maintenance requirements
- Project a positive image and respond courteously to inquiries from airlines, staff and public
- Attend meetings and inservices as required
- Utilize company and client equipment, supplies and resources conscientiously
- Adhere to company policies and participate in achievement of company objectives
- Perform other duties as requested
