Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a reliable telephone and transportation
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- Must complete a criminal background check
- DMV check may be required
- Must be able to lift, carry, or hold up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to sit, stand, lift, bend throughout the shift and climb stairs
- Must meet requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge
- Must be a US citizen or have necessary INS authorization
- Must have good hearing and vision
- 10-20% outside work
- Must be able to read, write, understand and follow instructions in English
- Must be able to verbally direct in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Good hearing and vision
- Ability to verbally communicate in English
- Familiarity with FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
- Ability to work weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays if required
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Thorough cleaning of aircraft interiors including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning galley, folding blankets, changing pillow cases, replenishing supplies, cleaning tray tables and windows, upholstery and rug exchange
- Provision aircraft with required ship supplies by aircraft type
- Pull assignments or work orders from computer as needed
- Leave notice for supervisor to reorder supply items running low
- Complete all reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of immediate work area and report maintenance needs
- Project a positive image and respond courteously to inquiries from airlines, staff, and public
