Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable telephone and transportation
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- Must complete a criminal background check
- Must meet requirements for security sensitive identification badge
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have necessary INS authorization
- Must have good hearing and vision
- Must be able to sit, stand, lift, carry, and/or hold up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to verbally communicate in English
- Ability to work under loud noise conditions
- Ability to work 10-20% outside
- Flexibility to work weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- Must treat all information as confidential
- Must possess tact in dealing with employees and clients
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, understand, and carry out instructions in English
- Familiarity with FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and clients
- Ability to work weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job
Job Duties
- Thorough cleaning of aircraft interiors including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms and galleys
- Provision aircraft with required ship supplies according to aircraft type
- Pull assignments or work orders from computer systems as needed
- Notify supervisor to reorder supply items running low
- Accurately complete reports in a timely manner
- Comply with FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas and report maintenance needs
- Project a positive image and respond courteously to inquiries
- Attend meetings and inservices as required
- Utilize appropriate communication channels and maintain records and reports
- Wear proper uniforms or business attire with visible identification badges
- Adhere to company policies and participate in achieving company objectives
- Use company and client equipment and supplies cost-effectively
- Perform other duties as assigned
