Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- must have a valid driver's license
- must have reliable transportation and telephone
- must have a high school diploma or GED
- must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- must complete a criminal background check
- may require DMV check
- must be able to read, write, understand, and verbally direct in English
- must meet requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge
- must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
- must have good hearing and vision
- capable of lifting, carrying, or holding up to 50 pounds
- must be able to sit, stand, bend, and climb stairs during shifts
- 10-20% of work may be outdoors
- may be exposed to occasional loud noise
- may be required to work weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- must treat all information confidentially and handle job duties ethically
- must possess tact when dealing with employees and clients.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred
- ability to read, write, and understand English
- good hearing and vision
- reliable communication and transportation means
- valid driver's license
- knowledge of FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
- ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality
- strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact tactfully with employees and clients
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities such as standing, bending, and climbing stairs
- availability to work weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- citizenship or proper work authorization
- completion of background checks and drug screenings.
Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean aircraft interiors including turn and overnight aircraft as per company and client specifications
- stock galleys and provision aircraft with required supplies based on aircraft type
- manage assignments and work orders using computer systems
- notify supervisors for supply reorder needs
- complete reports accurately and timely
- adhere to FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
- maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas and report maintenance needs
- represent company positively and respond courteously to airline staff and public inquiries
- attend required meetings and inservices
- maintain records, reports, and files using proper communication channels
- wear proper uniform or business attire and display identification badges visibly
- comply with company policies and participate in company objectives
- use company and client resources conscientiously and cost-effectively
- perform additional duties as assigned.
