Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must have a high school diploma or GED
- must have a valid driver’s license
- must have reliable transportation and telephone
- must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- must complete criminal background check
- DMV check may be required
- must meet requirements for security sensitive identification badge
- must be able to sit, stand, lift, bend, and climb stairs throughout shift
- must be a U.S. citizen or possess necessary INS authorization
- must have good hearing and vision
- must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English
- may be required to work weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- may be exposed to loud noise levels
- must treat all information as confidential
- must use proper PPE and follow all safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred
- able to read, write, and understand instructions in English
- ability to communicate verbally in English
- familiarity with FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
- competent in using computer systems for assignments and reporting
- ability to work weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- good hearing and vision
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- reliable telephone and transportation
- positive attitude and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Thorough cleaning of aircraft interiors including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and galleys
- stocking aircraft with required ship supplies according to type
- pulling assignments or work orders from computer systems
- leaving notices for supervisors to reorder supplies
- accurately completing reports in a timely manner
- maintaining compliance with FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
- keeping supervisors informed about needs and issues in assigned areas
- maintaining cleanliness and reporting maintenance needs
- projecting a positive image and responding courteously to inquiries from airlines, staff, and the public
- attending required meetings and training sessions
- maintaining records, reports, and files
- wearing proper uniform and identification badges
- adhering to company policies and participating in company objectives
- using equipment, supplies, and resources cost-effectively
- complying with all safety requirements including PPE usage and reporting unsafe conditions
- performing additional duties as assigned
