Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of experience in a similar role
  • ability to perform detailed cleaning and servicing tasks
  • physical ability to handle heavy items and work in confined spaces
  • good communication and leadership skills
  • ability to adhere to security protocols and pass criminal background checks
  • valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • flexibility to work varying shifts including extended hours
  • strong attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • One plus year of relevant experience
  • able to work in extreme conditions such as hot and cold weather and small spaces
  • eligible to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check
  • possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • able to work extended hours to meet business needs
  • must be able to work in cramped or high places
  • must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs

Job Duties

  • Assigns activities of cabin service agents and ensures completion of tasks
  • cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories
  • helps prepare the cabin for customer boarding and departure, including cleaning of seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys, and lavatories
  • checking, handling, assembling, removing, and installing passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to list specifications
  • ensures all areas are completely free of dirt, debris, marks, fingerprints, etc
  • other related duties as assigned
