Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cabin cleaning or ground operations preferred
- Able to lift carry push pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly
- Able to walk climb bend kneel crawl and stoop frequently and for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions including rain sleet snow and high temperatures
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Eligible to pass security clearance and background checks
- Flexible availability to work nights weekends holidays and extended shifts
Job Qualifications
- Eligible to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Flexible schedule allowing work during nights weekends and holidays with possible extended hours
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as loading instructions hazardous materials labels and manifests
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors including cabin cockpit galleys and lavatories
- Help prepare the cabin for customer boarding and departure including cleaning of seats seat pockets floor galleys and lavatories
- Check handle assemble remove and install passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to list specifications ensuring all areas are completely free of dirt debris marks fingerprints etc
- Assist ramp agents when cabin cleaning is complete
- Perform FOD walks in the ramp area between flights
- Marshal aircraft during arrival and departures
- Ensure necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights
- Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions hazardous materials identification labels aircraft loading manifest and baggage routing tags
- Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position
