Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand English
- Willingness to join the Transport Workers Union and pay union dues
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform work in variable weather and environmental conditions
- Ability to work in confined spaces and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Punctuality and reliability in attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- Previous experience in cleaning services preferred
- Previous experience in the aviation industry preferred
- Cognitive skills to verify and check supplies and equipment
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Collectively bargained union membership required
Job Duties
- Equip airplane cabin with equipment and supplies according to check list specifications
- Carry supplies weighing up to 50 lbs on board aircraft
- Check condition, clean, sort, count, salvage, store equipment, and assemble kits
- Operate vacuum cleaner and mechanized cleaning aids
- Perform aircraft interior cleaning including cabins according to specifications
- Dispose of trash and waste related to job functions
- Complete work forms and cleaning bills as required
