Our organization operates a Level 12 Tower with a fully equipped Radar facility, focused on maintaining the highest standards in air traffic management and safety. We are dedicated to providing a secure, orderly, and efficient flow of air traffic in our airspace. The facility serves a critical role in the national air traffic system, supporting both terminal and en route operations. Job Requirements
- facility rated or area certified in an ATO terminal or en route facility
- specialized experience in terminal and en route air traffic control
- ability to pass FAA Form 3330-43-1 rating criteria
- completion of Ten Eleven Twelve Radar Assessment if required
- adherence to Memorandum of Understanding guidelines
- compliance with PHL Return Rights and Priority Release dated May 13, 2021
- willingness to transfer back if unable to achieve full certification unless hardship approved
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of FAA air traffic control protocols and procedures
- ability to pass FAA Form 3330-43-1 rating criteria
- successful completion of Ten Eleven Twelve Radar Assessment if not previously certified at level 10 or above terminal facility
Job Duties
- manage safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of air traffic
- ensure compliance with FAA regulations and operational standards
- operate radar and non-radar air traffic control systems
- coordinate with adjacent facilities and teams to optimize airspace use
- complete mandatory assessments including the Ten Eleven Twelve Radar Assessment when applicable
- maintain continuous situational awareness and communicate effectively with pilots and team members
- participate in ongoing training and certification processes
