Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- FAA Certified Professional Controller (CPC) certification
- minimum five years of FAA CPC experience controlling live traffic or recent contract instructor experience
- US citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- ability to obtain and maintain Instructor-II Simulation Laboratory and Classroom Certification
- experience at same or higher level facility as Miami ARTCC (ZMA)
- strong technical skills with ATC automation and simulation systems
- effective mentoring and instructional abilities
Job Qualifications
- US citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

- excellent teaching and classroom management skills
Job Duties
- Deliver classroom instruction for air traffic control trainees
- conduct simulation laboratory training and certification
- mentor students and Remote Pilot Operators
- participate in curriculum design and development
- collaborate with FAA personnel to ensure training effectiveness
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of ATC automation and simulation systems
- evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback
