Job Requirements
- us citizenship
- ability to obtain and maintain public trust clearance
- minimum five years FAA CPC experience controlling live traffic
- experience at same or higher level ATC facility as Billings ATCT/TRACON
- high school diploma or equivalent
- FAA certified professional controller certification
- ability to obtain instructor-II certification
Job Qualifications

- experience controlling live traffic at the same or higher level as Billings ATCT/TRACON
- operational experience with ATC simulators and scenario design
- demonstrated teaching and classroom management skills
- high school diploma or equivalent
- FAA certified professional controller certification
- ability to obtain instructor-II simulation laboratory and classroom certification
Job Duties
- deliver high-quality classroom and/or simulation training
- mentor students and remote pilot operators
- participate in curriculum design and development
- obtain radar and/or non-radar simulation laboratory certifications
- interface effectively with FAA personnel to ensure training meets operational needs
- utilize and design scenarios for ATC simulators
- apply classroom management techniques to enhance learning environment
