Job Requirements
- 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
- 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field
- or High School Diploma or equivalent with 19+ years relevant experience
- current or previous military fighter pilot
- strong written and oral communication skills
- on-site support required with ability to work morning and evening shifts
- must have had an active Top Secret clearance within last 24 months
- ability to obtain and maintain active TS/SCI clearance with relevant SAP/SAR clearance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 15+ years relevant experience or Master’s degree with 13+ years relevant experience or High School Diploma or equivalent with 19+ years relevant experience
- previous or current military fighter pilot
- strong written and oral communication skills
- ability to operate advanced simulation technologies
- knowledge of threat air tactics and training methodologies
- experience with mission planning and simulator debrief tools
- leadership capabilities in managing small teams
- familiarity with joint simulation environments and advanced threat simulation preferred
Job Duties
- Operate VATS fighter simulator cockpit controls including digital cockpit displays, stick and throttle, sensor integration, multi-aircraft formations and tactical employment
- act as Mission Director or Red Czar depending on scenario when required
- operate simulator console and debriefing system during and after missions
- provide subject matter expertise on threat air tactics, techniques, and procedures during planning and execution of operations
- support development, coordination, and integration of training events
- orchestrate scenarios and constructive inputs for training events
- create and modify mission planning materials and academics
- provide instructor level expertise to shape tactical training
- report issues related to simulation software and provide basic troubleshooting support
- lead small teams to meet customer requirements
