Job Requirements
- 15+ years relevant experience with bachelor's degree
- 13+ years relevant experience with master's degree
- or high school diploma and 19+ years relevant experience
- current or previous military fighter pilot
- strong written and oral communication skills
- on-site work required, no remote option
- flexible schedule for morning and evening shifts
- active Top Secret clearance within last 24 months
- ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance with SAP/SAR
- minor lifting and carrying of equipment
- ability to comply with physical job demands
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- extensive relevant experience in flight simulation and military aviation
- current or previous military fighter pilot
- strong written and oral communication skills
- subject matter expertise in threat air tactics and simulation
- experience working with Weapons School or similar tactical training
- ability to lead small teams and coordinate training events
- knowledge of simulator academic tools and debriefing systems
- capable of troubleshooting software applications
Job Duties
- Operate VATS fighter simulator cockpit controls including digital displays, stick, throttle, and sensor integration
- Act as Mission Director or Red Czar during scenarios when required
- Operate simulator console and debriefing system during and after missions
- Provide expertise on threat air tactics, techniques, and procedures during planning and execution of operations
- Support development, coordination, and integration of training events
- Orchestrate scenarios and inputs for training exercises
- Create and modify mission-planning materials and academics
- Provide instructor-level expertise in tactical training
- Report and troubleshoot simulation software issues
- Lead small teams to fulfill customer requirements
