- ability to remain at post and maintain alertness
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ability to wear required safety gear such as vests
- ability to perform physical tasks such as setting up signage and cones
- ability to provide courteous and professional customer service
- ability to follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- must be 18 years of age or older
- customer service experience preferred
- one year of similar work experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with the public
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- basic knowledge of traffic safety practices
Job Duties
- remain at designated post and be alert
- portray a professional conduct while on duty
- change directional signs and set up traffic cones
- direct patrons to available parking spaces
- set up barriers or cones to prevent unauthorized parking
- direct departing traffic to available lanes
- report pavement failures and parking lot deficiencies to supervisor
- provide superior customer service
- perform other related duties as directed by supervisor
- wear traffic safety vest and display company identification
- maintain a well-groomed and conservative appearance
- be knowledgeable of airport destinations and layout
