Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Airport Ramp Agent certification
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy luggage and cargo (up to 70 pounds) repeatedly throughout a shift
- Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Previous experience in a physically demanding role such as warehouse, construction, or logistics is preferred
- Experience operating heavy machinery or ground support equipment is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Familiarity with airport operations and safety procedures is preferred
Job Duties
- Safely and efficiently load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail onto and off aircraft, using appropriate equipment and adhering to all safety protocols
- Operate and maintain ground support equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, pushback tractors, and other vehicles in a safe and responsible manner
- Marshal aircraft to and from gates, providing clear signals to flight crews
- Perform wing walking duties during aircraft pushback operations
- Conduct aircraft cabin cleaning and restocking supplies as needed to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for passengers
- Assist with de-icing operations during inclement weather conditions
- Communicate effectively with flight crews, dispatchers, and other airport personnel to ensure coordinated operations
- Adhere strictly to all company and FAA safety regulations and procedures
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or incidents promptly
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
