Job Requirements

  • Must pass security screening as required by FAA, DHS, and TSA
  • ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges if applicable
  • willingness to work variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • willingness to undergo mandatory pre-employment and post-hire drug testing as applicable
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • strong judgment and unimpaired skills to perform safety sensitive duties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in air operations, logistics, or related field preferred but not required
  • strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • familiarity with aviation safety and regulatory standards
  • proficiency in using technology and operational software tools

Job Duties

  • Proactively monitor all aircraft movement activity to identify, address, and prevent potential issues
  • monitor inbound and outbound customer package movements and escalate issues as required to protect the flight schedule
  • develop and execute effective service recovery plans as necessary
  • liaise with AIRs air carriers, ground handlers, and other service providers to facilitate on-time operations
  • continually assess and communicate the operational status of all assigned flights and gateways
  • review, analyze, and monitor present and forecast weather conditions for all assigned areas of operation
  • partner with stakeholders to resolve irregularities, disruptions, cancellations, extended delays, or other impactful issues
