Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • Six months to one year of related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and days off
  • Willingness to work overtime during peak times
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Ability to work in high noise level environments

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage and coordinate ramp and passenger service operations
  • Monitor work performance and direct personnel
  • Oversee staffing, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies
  • Coordinate with departments to meet operational needs
  • Serve as company representative when required
  • Maintain security program compliance and conduct audits
