Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Six months to one year of related experience and/or training
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and days off
- Willingness to work overtime during peak times
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to work in high noise level environments

- Manage and coordinate ramp and passenger service operations
- Monitor work performance and direct personnel
- Oversee staffing, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies
- Coordinate with departments to meet operational needs
- Serve as company representative when required
- Maintain security program compliance and conduct audits
