Job Duties
- Ensures that all cargo and baggage is safely loaded onto the aircraft in the most efficient manner
- Creates load plans that minimize shipping time, expedite routes, and maximize loads for cargo transport
- Prepares and enters appropriate loading instructions and manifests in software system
- Files all post-departure paperwork
- Detects problems, recognizes important information, and links various data to trace potential causes
- Gains insight into situations, problems and processes to maintain situation awareness
- Works effectively with others in order to achieve a shared goal
- Expresses ideas and views clearly to others in writing
