Job Requirements
- Relevant operational experience in airfreight industry including warehousing, airline, GHA, or freight forwarder air export gateway operations
- excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- effective interpersonal skills

- ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
- ability to work with demanding deadlines

- knowledge of export procedures and documentation preferred
- good geographical knowledge of international countries and major cities

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and on-going commitment to quality and data integrity
- prepare, handle and process documentation needed for air export consolidations
- interact and collaborate closely with the air export departments in the region
- arrange bookings with carriers
- optimize cargo consolidations
- ensure timely processing and delivery to the airport
- constant communication with the warehouse team and truck dispatch during the consolidation process
- track and trace shipments
- monitor vendor performance
- address and resolve service irregularities
- contribute to maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal customers
- maintain compliance standards at all times
- meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to support department, branch, product and company goals
- responsible for daily updating and monitoring of reporting tools
- understand department process flow and look for areas of improved efficiency
- support pricing team on rate quotes
- perform other duties as assigned
