Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years air logistics or air cargo experience
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency with logistics software

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service and ongoing commitment to quality and data integrity
Interact and collaborate closely with the air export departments in the region
Arrange bookings with carriers
optimize cargo consolidations
Ensure timely processing and pickup from the airport
maintain constant communication with warehouse team and truck dispatch
Track and trace shipments
monitor vendor performance
address and resolve service irregularities
Contribute to maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal customers
Maintain compliance standards at all times including internal policies, external government regulations, and customer requirements
Report to Area Air Logistics Gateway & Procurement Manager
Work flexible 8-hour shifts between 6:30am and 6:00pm, including weekends and holidays
