Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months related operational experience preferred
- WFS or Carrier Instructor Certification
- Current qualification and experience on training subject or learning plan
- Ability to investigate problems systematically
- Comprehensive understanding of training context and overview
- Ability to prioritize safety and security
- Excellent listening skills
- Strong problem analysis capabilities
- Ability to maintain situational awareness

Job Duties
- Provide company, regulatory, carrier or practical training to new hires and tenured employees
- Create training plans with milestones to target specific skills and knowledge gaps
- Conduct skill needs assessments to identify training objectives and changes
- Coordinate training sessions and re-certifications ensuring consistency
- Observe and evaluate effectiveness of training programs and implement additional training as needed
- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures and report unsafe activities
- Maintain accurate training rosters and records according to recordkeeping standards
