Job Requirements
- One to two years of customer service experience
- One year of freight forwarding experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience of freight forwarding processes and regulations preferred
- Commercial drive and mindset
- Communication, problem and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of Kuehne+Nagel standard operating model and products preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changes
- Customer solutions orientation and conflict resolution with a drive for customer satisfaction and profitability

Job Duties
- Drive efficient file handling and availability of customer data and requirements in shipment ownership while ensuring regulatory and compliance adherence
- Ensure consistent shipment monitoring and pro-active customer communication
- Handle and respond effectively to customer feedback, complaints and escalations with swift corrective actions
- Encourage awareness and usage of customer facing digital solutions and participate in necessary trainings
- Support or lead customer implementations ensuring active involvement and participation by relevant teams
- Manage and develop customer growth and stay focused on customer retention
- Drive maximization of profitability through spot quotation execution, upselling of products, and continual gross profit analysis
