Job Duties
- Operate all jobs using company internal systems with proper and timely data and sales/cost entry
- Maintain customer satisfaction and excellence through effective communication and coordination with customers, carriers, and business partners
- Handle and coordinate air export shipments internally and externally with customers, Dimerco offices, and agents to ensure smooth daily execution
- Generate shipment debit notes
- Send pre-alerts to overseas agents
- Make shipment bookings with airlines
- Monitor and handle air export customs declarations
- Follow up and update shipment information related to air export and brokerage
- Perform monthly close lot air export procedures
- Understand, apply, and enforce all relevant rules and regulations including TSA, KSMS, ACE, and D/G compliance
- Assist and support sales and customer service teams with free-hand and routed shipments
- Carry out additional assignments from management as needed
