Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years freight forwarding experience preferred
- Dangerous goods certification preferred
- Certified CargoWise Specialist CCO required
- Advanced knowledge of CargoWise
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze numerical data and understand shipment components and profitability
- Basic to intermediate experience using Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Apply company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks

- Team player who works well with others and respects teammates, Strong work ethic with ownership, independence, accountability, and autonomy, Growth mindset passionate about craft and continuous improvement, Customer service focused with ability to build relationships, High school diploma or equivalent, 2-4 years freight forwarding experience preferred, Dangerous goods certification preferred, Certified CargoWise Specialist (CCO) required, Advanced knowledge of CargoWise software, Advanced math and geography skills, Problem-solving and organizational abilities, Ability to analyze numerical data, Intermediate knowledge of freight movement, air vendors, air space configurations, container loads, and regulatory requirements, Understanding of country regulations and company policies to minimize risk, Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills, Ability to communicate and interact effectively in one-on-one or small group settings
Job Duties
- Receive and validate customer orders including documentation, Identify best routing and transit options per customer request, Secure quotations from vendors and agents for all potential order costs, Issue and confirm acceptance of quotations with customers and overseas offices, Track and confirm flight arrivals and update system milestones, Issue Arrival Notices and distribute per customer requirements, Dispatch inland carriage with subcontractors if applicable, Track and confirm shipment arrival to final container freight station (if applicable), Obtain and forward Pick Up numbers from carriers to relevant parties (if applicable), Confirm timely delivery and release of cargo and update system milestones, Accrue and confirm all costs in CargoWise and perform profitability checks, Issue invoices to customers and overseas offices as required, Distribute shipping documents per shipper requirements and standard operating procedures, Manage customer reporting and additional system milestones as required
