Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum three years transportation industry experience in export import operations
  • Experience with TSA ITAR and Dangerous Goods regulations preferred
  • CargoWise software experience preferred
  • Knowledge of government vertical strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask in a high volume fast-paced work environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Manage all console pre-bookings schedule and post it on CargoWise
  • Obtain and maintain the scheduled consoles rates
  • Book all B2B requests from stations vertical teams and account managers
  • Obtain all pricing requests from carriers by all stations vertical teams and account managers
  • Report to all stations vertical teams account managers all cargo received at the dock that belongs to them for a console or B2B shipment
  • Process all MAWBs consoles and B2B ensuring all HAWBs link to a console or B2B master have the necessary approval from destination agent
  • Manage the pre-screening process working in conjunction with CCSF facilities to ensure that screening is handled timely and accurately
  • Transfer all consoles and B2B MAWBs to the airline
  • Upload all key milestone compliances related to the perfect shipment process including tracking and updating CargoWise for all MAWBs once confirmed onboard and arrived at destination
  • Manage the station CSF process ensuring inbound shipments are transferred within required time by Customs Gateway team and closed out before export
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
