Job Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation

- Maintain a valid driver’s license
- Successful completion of Georgia and national criminal background checks
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum six years of relevant experience related to quality assurance and inspections
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, quality assurance, or related field
- Certified Quality Assurance Representative experience
- Proficiency in Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT) and Inspector General Evaluation Management System (IGEMS)
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification
- Extensive experience in quality assurance or inspection roles
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Effective communication and reporting abilities
Job Duties
- Monitor email and communication channels for urgent inspection and QA program updates
- Respond to inquiries regarding inspection procedures and compliance
- Review and track corrective actions progress
- Maintain and update inspection-related documentation and tracking systems
- Supervise Non-Flying Event Coordinator and administrative staff
- Analyze inspection data to identify trends and areas of concern
- Prepare reports and briefings on inspection program status
- Conduct spot checks and informal assessments for compliance
- Coordinate with leadership on inspection issues and guidance
- Manage event planning and staff scheduling
- Develop and implement training plans on inspection topics
- Conduct performance evaluations for supervised personnel
- Update the Quality Assurance plan
- Attend meetings on Air Force inspection policies
