Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of air export or freight forwarding experience preferred
- strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive shipments
- weekend availability as needed

Job Duties
- preparing air export documentation including air waybills commercial invoices SLIs and AES filings
- booking cargo space with airlines and coordinating pickups with truckers
- monitoring flight schedules and shipment progress
- ensuring all shipments comply with U.S. customs and international export regulations
- providing clients with timely shipment updates and resolving any issues or delays
- submitting RFQs and quotes and supporting pricing strategy
- processing billing and ensuring invoice accuracy
- inspecting outgoing freight and ensuring it is ready for transport
