Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in air guest agent oversight or customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Sabre airline reservation system including booking, ticketing, pricing, routing, and queue processing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with travel suppliers, port agents, crew members, and management
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to company core values and culture
Job Duties
- Answer phone calls and chat messages regarding air issues
- Respond to e-mails and voicemails promptly
- Amend major schedule changes and perform ticketing activities such as issuance, refunds, and exchanges
- Track and fix incomplete Passenger Name Records due to missing TSA data or airfares
- Realign pricing within Passenger Name Records to collect additional payments
- Certify air tickets issued by updating ticket match exception reports
- Assign ancillary services to guests upon request
- Process guest entertainment, crew executive travel, and VIP requests
- Provide communication to port agents, hotels, and ground transportation
- Research air schedules booked for crew outside of budget
- Process last minute crew changes related to air accommodations
- Provide next port protection coverage for flight re-accommodation
- Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management
- Consistently deliver on commitments to enhance customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with company core values
- Exhibit integrity, fairness and professionalism in daily conduct
