Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Ability to meet airport badging requirements including TSA Security background check
- Valid driver’s license meeting company insurance criteria
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and government regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- College or aviation trade school preferred
- Strong aviation background with knowledge of aviation weather, flight planning, FAR91 or FAR135 regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, government regulations, procedure manuals, and technical instructions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Job Duties
- Monitor air charter requests and work with customers on aircraft availability
- Price and sell aircraft for air charter
- Coordinate on-demand flights with customers and company to ensure safe and efficient service
- Plan and execute a charter trip that includes handling, hotel, fuel requirements or any international requirements
- Work closely with flight and maintenance departments
- Interact with customers to coordinate transport with critical delivery cut-off times
- Coordinate with flight crew members to make critical go/no-go flight release decisions
- Prepare effective contingency plans for service disruptions
- Collect and input flight data
