Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- ability to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted
- ability to work in a high-noise level environment
- ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
- strong judgment skills particularly in distance estimation
- fluent English communication skills
- willingness to comply with site security procedures
- eligibility and willingness to join the Transport Workers Union (TWU) and pay union dues

- experience operating basic cargo handling equipment preferred

Job Duties
- load and unload cargo including mail, express, freight, and company material
- receive, deliver, and physically handle freight and company material at designated docks
- complete required forms and messages related to location duties
- perform routine cleaning of work areas and facilities as assigned
- assist in monitoring security of the facility and report breaches
- move air cargo within designated warehouse
- operate cargo handling equipment such as forklift, pallet jacks, and aircraft pallets
- facilitate loading and unloading of cargo to and from semi-trucks
- check freight for proper count, weight, dimensions, and documents
- transport cargo to and from aircraft using 3000 lb. vehicles
- engage in ground to cockpit communication using hand signals and voice commands
- maintain awareness of safety warnings and verbal commands
