Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to successfully communicate with others
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
  • Ability to work in high noise environments
  • Ability to pull, push, and lift bags weighing up to 70 lbs

  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
  • Ability to work in a high-noise environment
  • Ability to physically lift and move cargo weighing up to 70 lbs
  • Experience operating heavy vehicles or ground support equipment is a plus

Job Duties

  • Load and unload cargo including mail, express shipments, and company materials onto and off aircraft
  • Transport cargo between terminals and aircraft efficiently
  • Perform ramp transfers of cargo as required
  • Receive, deliver, and handle freight, export material, mail and baggage
  • Complete necessary forms and messages related to cargo handling and ramp operations
  • Assist in loading, unloading, and racking both filled and empty drums
  • De-ice aircraft at heights between 20 to 80 feet, spraying exterior surfaces with glycol
  • Operate vehicles weighing from 3,000 to 80,000 lbs in congested aircraft areas
  • Perform push-out and towing operations for aircraft while communicating with cockpit crew
  • Maintain compliance with site security procedures and report security issues
  • Perform routine cleaning of work areas, ramps, and facilities
  • Monitor and support security activities at assigned locations
