Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- forklift experience is a plus
- ability to successfully communicate with others
- ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
- ability to work in a high-noise environment
- ability to pull, push, and lift bags weighing up to 70 lbs
- willingness to comply with site security procedures

- familiarity with operating heavy vehicles
Job Duties
- loading and unloading cargo such as mail, express shipments, baggage, freight, and company materials on and off aircraft
- transporting cargo between terminals and aircraft
- managing ramp transfers of cargo
- receiving, delivering, and physically handling freight and company material in designated areas
- completing all forms and messages necessary for cargo handling operations
- cleaning and servicing cabin interiors including cockpit and lavatories
- draining lavatories
- handling and transporting passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies
- assisting in loading, unloading, and racking filled and empty drums
- de-icing aircraft at heights up to 80 feet
- clearing aircraft windshields
- pushing out and towing aircraft using vehicles up to 80,000 lbs
- connecting and removing ground power and ground start units
- cleaning exterior of aircraft with specialized fluids as assigned
- performing routine cleaning of work areas, ramps, and facilities
- assisting in monitoring security of the facility and reporting breaches
- performing routine automotive repairs and servicing of equipment
- complying with site security procedures
