Job Requirements
- Hs diploma, ged or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand english
- Must join the Transport Workers Union and pay union dues as per collective bargaining agreement
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to distinguish colors red, green, and yellow
- Ability to work in all weather and environmental conditions
Job Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to safely operate heavy vehicles
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work in high-noise and varied weather conditions
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Load and unload cargo weighing up to 70 lbs in and out of aircraft within confined cargo areas
- Push, pull, and position loaded containers weighing up to 3,200 lbs on rollers with/to aircraft
- Drive vehicles with gross weights of 3,000 to 80,000 lbs in congested areas
- Engage in aircraft push-out by driving or guiding vehicles
- Transport cargo to and from aircraft using vehicles
- Perform ground to cockpit communication via hand signals and voice commands
- Pull, push, and lift bags up to 70 lbs onto or from conveyor belts
