Job Requirements

  • Hs diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to learn PC skills and apply knowledge
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays and days off
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Ability to handle the stress of a fast-paced eight-hour shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to learn PC skills and apply knowledge
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand English
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
  • Basic knowledge of cargo handling and safety regulations preferred

Job Duties

  • Retrieve import/deliver export documents to and from aircraft
  • Report to work on a regular and timely basis
  • Prepare all flight documents accurately
  • Interface with U.S. Customs for cargo processing
  • Prepare import and export documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Accept and distribute cargo according to air carrier and DOT rules
  • Comply with WFS site security procedures and report any security breaches or suspicious activities
  • Assist in soliciting orders, quoting prices and terms, and preparing sales contracts
  • Estimate delivery dates based on company schedules
  • Monitor activities of WFS staff, security contractors, and visitors
