Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to handle the stress of a fast-paced eight-hour shift
- Ability to comply with WFS site security procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to learn PC skills and apply knowledge
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand English
- Customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Retrieve import and deliver export documents to and from aircraft
- Report to work on a regular and timely basis
- Prepare all flight documents and perform computer data entry
- Interface with U.S. Customs and prepare import and export documentation
- Accept and distribute cargo in accordance with air carrier and Department of Transportation regulations
- Compile lists of customers for sales leads and solicit orders
- Quote prices, prepare sales contracts, and estimate delivery dates to customers
