Job Requirements
- Hs diploma, GED or equivalent
- valid driver's license
- must be at least 18 years old if driving cargo handling equipment
- ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
- ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- ability to focus on detail
- ability to operate cargo handling equipment
- willingness to comply with security procedures
Job Qualifications

- valid driver's license
- ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
- strong attention to detail
- ability to learn and apply PC skills
Job Duties
- Handle the stress of a fast-paced eight-hour shift
- drive all cargo handling equipment
- prepare documentation before flight arrival or departure
- travel to Airport Operational Area to meet flights and retrieve or drop off flight documents
- notify Broker or Freight Forwarder of shipment statuses
- assist customers with retrieving documents and freight
- collect charges and document payment methods
- process Customs Out proof of delivery
- complete MAWBS for shipments
- confirm all bookings
- ensure TSA mandatory screening
- enter AWB information into airline systems
- manifest flights based on warehouse information
- print and deliver flight manifests and related documents
- verify post flight inventory
- maintain filing of documents and records
- prepare various reports
- answer calls and respond to emails
- maintain security in compliance with TSA and Airport Police regulations
- retrieve and deliver import/export documents to and from aircraft
