Job Requirements
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years old if driving cargo handling equipment
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays and days off
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to handle stress during fast-paced shifts
- Ability to drive cargo handling equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to learn PC skills and apply knowledge
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent

- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills in English
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
- Attention to detail
- PC skills and ability to learn new systems
Job Duties
- Handle the stress of a fast-paced eight-hour shift
- Drive all cargo handling equipment
- Prepare documentation prior to flight arrival or departure
- Travel to Airport Operational Area to meet flights and retrieve or drop off documents
- Notify Broker or Freight Forwarder of shipment arrival
- Assist customers in retrieving documents and freight
- Collect charges and document payment methods
- Process Customs Out proof of delivery for transactions
- Complete MAWBS for over-the-counter shipments
- Confirm all bookings and TSA screening
- Capture AWB information into airline systems
- Manifest flights and print required documents
- Verify post-flight inventory
- Maintain filing of documents and prepare reports
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Maintain security under Airport Police, TSA, and United States regulations
- Retrieve import and export documents to and from aircraft
