Job Requirements
- Hs diploma, GED or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- must be at least 18 years of age if the position requires driving cargo handling equipment
- ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to communicate fluently in English
- minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
- ability to concentrate on detail
- ability to learn and apply PC skills

Job Duties
- Handle the stress of a fast-paced eight-hour shift
- drive all cargo handling equipment
- prepare flight documentation before arrival or departure, organize, make copies and distribute
- travel to Airport Operational Area to meet flights and handle documents
- notify brokers or freight forwarders of shipment arrivals or holds
- assist customers retrieving documents and freight
- collect charges and document payment methods
- process customs out proof of delivery before customer departure
- complete Master Airway Bills for over-the-counter shipments
- confirm all bookings and TSA mandatory screening
- capture airway bill information into airline systems
- manifest flights based on warehouse information
- print and deliver flight manifests, cargo pallet messages, deadloads, and NOTOCs
- verify post flight inventory with documents
- maintain files of all pertinent documents and records
- prepare various reports including irregularities and import/export statistics
- respond to incoming calls and emails
- maintain security diligence under Airport Police, TSA, and United States regulations
- retrieve import and delivery documents to and from aircraft
