Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- must be at least 18 years old if driving cargo handling equipment
- ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs without exceptions

Job Duties
- Handle the stress of a fast-paced eight-hour shift
- drive all cargo handling equipment
- prepare documentation prior to flight arrival or departure
- travel to Airport Operational Area to retrieve or drop off flight documents
- notify Broker or Freight Forwarder of shipment's arrival or hold status
- provide assistance to customers retrieving documents and freight
- collect appropriate charges and document payment
- process Customs Out proof of delivery
- assist in completion of over-the-counter shipment documentation
- confirm all bookings are accepted
- confirm TSA mandatory screening
- capture AWB information into airline system
- manifest flight based on warehouse information
- print and deliver flight manifest and cargo messages to aircraft
- verify post flight inventory and maintain proper filing of documents
- prepare various reports including irregularity and import/export statistics
- answer incoming calls and respond to emails
- maintain security compliance under Airport Police, TSA, and United States regulations
- retrieve import and deliver export documents to and from aircraft
