Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- must be at least 18 years of age
- valid driver's license
- ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- ability to handle stress of fast-paced eight-hour shifts
- willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- ability to learn PC skills and apply knowledge
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- experience in cargo handling or logistics preferred
- strong communication skills
- customer service experience
- attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Retrieve import/deliver export documents
- report to work on a regular and timely basis
- perform computer data entry of cargo and flight information
- prepare all flight and cargo documents
- interface with U.S. Customs and comply with DOT regulations
- prepare import and export documentation
- accept and distribute cargo following carrier and regulatory standards
- comply with WFS site security procedures
- monitor and report security breaches and suspicious activities
- solicit orders and communicate with customers to complete sales
- quote prices and prepare sales contracts
- estimate delivery dates based on company schedules
