Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old if driving cargo handling equipment
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have Port Authority or Airport Authority permit, if applicable
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to handle stress of a fast-paced eight-hour shift
  • Availability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Ability to learn PC skills and apply knowledge
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand English
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
  • Experience with cargo handling equipment preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Perform computer data entry
  • Prepare all flight documents
  • Interface with U.S. Customs
  • Prepare all import and export documentation
  • Accept and distribute cargo according to regulations
  • Compile customer lists for sales leads
  • Solicit orders and communicate with customers to complete sales
  • Quote prices and prepare sales contracts
  • Estimate delivery dates
  • Move cargo up to 50 lbs
  • Comply with WFS site security procedures
  • Report security breaches or suspicious activities
  • Drive all cargo handling equipment
  • Retrieve import and export documents to/from aircraft
  • Report to work regularly and on time
