Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old if position requires driving cargo handling equipment
- Valid driver’s license and Port Authority or Airport Authority permit if applicable
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted
- Ability to handle the stress of a fast-paced eight-hour shift
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off

- Ability to learn PC skills and apply knowledge
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
- Valid driver’s license and applicable airport permits if driving cargo handling equipment
Job Duties
- Computer data entry
- Prepare all flight documents
- Interface with U.S. Customs
- Prepare all import and export documentation and accept/distribute cargo in accordance with applicable air carrier and Department of Transportation regulations
- Compile lists of customers for use as sales leads
- Solicit orders or talk with customers to complete sales
- Quote prices and terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained
- Estimate date of delivery to customer based on company delivery schedules
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted
- Comply with WFS site security procedures for assigned warehouse and other operations
- Remain aware of WFS staff, security contractors, and visitors activities and report security breaches or suspicious occurrences
- Ability to drive all cargo handling equipment
- Retrieve import/deliver export documents to and from aircraft
- Report to work on a regular and timely basis
